These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Stropk.AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Stropk.AI provides consulting services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• AI voice agent and receptionist implementation
• Business process automation
• Data analytics and dashboard development

Specific services, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Engagement Process

Our typical engagement process includes:

• Initial consultation to understand your needs
• Proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing
• Written agreement before work commences
• Delivery of agreed-upon services

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement
• We may require a deposit before beginning work
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• You retain ownership of your data and pre-existing materials
• Upon full payment, you receive ownership of custom work created specifically for you
• We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-confidential methodologies

Confidentiality

We will keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide services "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated in project agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for work completed
• We will provide any completed deliverables
• Both parties will return or destroy confidential information

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
