Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
STROPK.AI ("STROPK.AI," "we," "us") builds custom AI for businesses, including Custom Voice AI, SMS Automation, RAG Agents, and Custom AI Agents. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form, email us, or book a consultation, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name or website, and anything you tell us about what you're looking to build.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site we collect basic technical and usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, through privacy-focused analytics. This helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.
Information from our services
When we deploy AI for a client (for example, Custom Voice AI that answers calls), it may process call recordings, transcripts, messages, and contact details on the client's behalf. We process that data under our agreement with the client, who is responsible for the data they collect from their own customers.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide our services.
- To design, build, deploy, and support the AI we create for clients.
- To send service-related communications and, where you've opted in, occasional updates.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Service providers
We rely on trusted third-party platforms to operate. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us, and each maintains its own privacy practices. These include providers for hosting and analytics, voice and communications infrastructure, automation and database services, payment processing, and email and calendar. We do not sell your personal information for money. See section 4 for how advertising cookies work, and how to decline them.
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and for anonymized analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect parts of the site.
On some pages we also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When it is active, it tells Meta that you visited a page on our site and whether you took an action such as booking a consultation. It may also share your IP address, browser and device details, and a cookie identifier with Meta. Meta uses that information to show you our ads on Facebook and Instagram, to build audiences of people similar to our visitors, and to measure whether our ads worked.
The Meta Pixel does not load until you select Allow. Declining keeps both the browser pixel and server-side Meta advertising events off. We also honor a Global Privacy Control signal as a decline. You can review or change your choice at any time using the button below, and you may also limit ad tracking in your Meta account settings or opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with Meta for advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act. Declining the advertising notice, never accepting it, or sending a Global Privacy Control signal opts you out. If you are in California and want to exercise this right another way, email owen@stropk.ai.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to provide our services, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Client service data is retained according to the terms of our agreement with that client.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To make a request, email owen@stropk.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
10. Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and tick the call consent box, you will receive an automated phone call placed by an AI assistant using a synthetic voice. We disclose that the caller is an AI at the start of every call. Calls are placed between 8am and 9pm in your local time. Consent to be called is never a condition of buying anything from us.
If you separately tick the SMS consent box, we may text you about your enquiry and about scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number, your SMS consent, or any related opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to contact you about your own enquiry.
We keep a record of what you consented to: the exact wording shown to you, the page you were on, and the time you submitted it. You can ask us to delete it at owen@stropk.ai.
The full SMS program terms are in our Terms.
