# STROPK.AI

> AI automation specialists. We build custom AI agents and custom software around the tools a business already uses. A free AI Audit is the first step.

## Who we are

STROPK.AI (founders' surname: Stropkai) is run by brothers Owen Stropkai (Founder) and Grant Stropkai (Co-Founder), based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Clients work with the two of us directly. Building automation since 2025.

## What we do

Custom AI Agents:
- Quotes and Pricing: a quote helper for your team (chat or voice, knows your costs, margins and labor); instant estimates for your customers by text or phone, based on your prices, with booking, rescheduling, cancellations and reminders.
- Phone and Text: phone answering that answers questions about your business and books, reschedules and cancels; calling people who asked to hear from you (form fills or your own consented lead list).
- Content and Social Media: news and source tracking, social media posts created and scheduled, video and image editing.
- Google Reviews: every customer is asked for a review after every job.
- Reminders and Follow-Ups: an always-on assistant connected to the apps you use every day.
- Job Photos: a job photo reader that identifies and sorts job-site photos.

Custom Software:
- Connect Your Apps: one assistant that works across all your apps; agent teams that hand work to each other.
- Websites: custom sites built around your booking tool and back office.
- Customer Database (CRM): one place to track every customer and lead, shaped to how your team works.

Launch times are estimates, confirmed on the free AI Audit. No fixed response time, booking count, revenue lift or time saving is promised.

## Common questions

- What does an AI automation specialist do? Builds software and AI agents that take over repeat work (calls, texts, quoting, follow-up, reviews, content, records) around the tools a business already uses.
- What is the free AI Audit? A free, no-obligation 30 to 45 minute call: we learn how the business runs, find where automation would help, and say plainly whether it fits. Nothing is built or switched on without approval.
- How does a project work? Free AI Audit, written scope and quote, build and test (approved before it goes live), launch with support agreed up front.
- Who works on it? Owen and Grant Stropkai, on every project.
